Role Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager will concentrate on managing existing client accounts, taking full ownership of client relationships, retention strategies, and revenue growth within a designated portfolio. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of leading teams and fostering strong client connections. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying revenue opportunities, and optimizing the utilization of SWG's product suite.

Essential Skills:

  • Goal-oriented with robust negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to identify, upsell, cross-sell, and secure software and service revenue
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Responsive to client requirements, organized, and timely
  • Proficient in documentation and administrative tasks
  • Skilled in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Experience in sales within software solutions or facilities management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and support of client accounts through proactive communication and regular meetings
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Creating and maintaining detailed account plans
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and presentation skills
  • Keeping accurate and current records in the CRM system

Sales and Client Management:

  • Meeting sales revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities within the assigned client base
  • Ongoing enhancement of existing client accounts focusing on satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ensuring timely issuance and payment of client invoices, collaborating with the finance team on billing matters
  • Coordinating with support teams for prompt resolution of client issues and training opportunities
  • Engaging with management regarding sales opportunities within the client base
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's product offerings and competitive landscape

Administrative Duties:

  • Documenting and sharing account plans with management
  • Thoroughly recording sales proposals and meeting notes to maintain an accurate audit trail

Marketing and Events:

  • Participating in sales meetings, events, and webinars relevant to clients and prospects
  • Attending industry networking events to expand professional connections and stay informed on market trends
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored presentations for clients

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a supportive and collaborative team member with sales and other departments
  • Performing other reasonable duties to ensure effective account management
