Job Summary:

Arguile Search is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our client's growing commercial department. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in leading the commercial negotiation of new business with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial negotiation of new business with both new and existing clients
  • Responsible for leading contract negotiations for deals across multiple market sectors within the company
  • Identify risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements
  • Monitor and report performance and compliance against contractual obligations, including commercial performance, financial management, and contract management
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
  • Work with the contract delivery teams to ensure that the management of change request process and change implementation is carried out in line with the contracts
  • Report on progress of change requests and projects
  • Review contract performance, assess commercial risks, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to manage the risk
  • Assure adherence to Group Commercial Policy
  • Support the client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve the orders, profit, and cash budget and overall management of the Client relationship
  • Support the delivery streams who are responsible for the delivery of projects and provide clear direction working with the client engagement team

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a pre-contract signature environment
  • Good understanding of both the legals and financials
