About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
