Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Source 4. As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Handle cash and credit card payments, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Team to maintain stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Design and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the store, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a trade environment, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent team player, willing to support and assist colleagues constructively.
  • Proactive and committed to continuous improvement, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
