We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at RecSpec Recruitment Limited. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, and assisting with health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance targets
  • Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and lead by example
  • Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets

Requirements:

  • A friendly, welcoming attitude and energy and passion to deliver what our customers require
  • A full valid driving license
