About the Role

Your new company is a large organization with a small, family-friendly team. We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Support Associate to join our team and provide exceptional support to our CEO and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and prioritize personal and team tasks effectively
  • Manage the personal and professional commitments of the CEO and Operations Director
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including taking inbound calls, responding to emails, and interacting with clients
  • Coordinate, distribute papers, and take minutes for internal meetings and board meetings

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and CRM systems

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary (experience-dependent) from a well-established organization. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
