Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team to ensure excellent guest service and a high level of professionalism.
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and standards of the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Maximize sales revenue through effective up-selling and brand loyalty programs.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and sales strategies.
