Reception Supervisor

As a Reception Supervisor at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay. You will oversee the reception activities, supervising the team to maintain high standards and create a warm welcome for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise reception operations to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Train and develop the reception team to enhance their knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions
- Monitor the appearance and performance of team members, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
- Maximise sales revenues through up-selling and the brand loyalty program
- Manage guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly, exceeding guest expectations
Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel is a historic Grade II listed building with a stylish and distinctive new look.
