Position: Project Coordinator - Interior Design

The RoleReporting to the UK Head of Property, you will play a vital role in planning, managing, and coordinating all new store and office openings throughout the UK. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders, the Sephora EME central team, and external partners to ensure a successful rollout program. You will oversee the construction process, ensure adherence to design standards, and maintain properties in accordance with lease agreements during an exciting growth phase.
Your Responsibilities- Prepare tender documents for competitive bidding
- Maintain detailed records of costs and budgets
- Oversee construction timelines to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve design submissions
- Facilitate meetings and project kick-off sessions
- Assist with project financial management and invoicing
- Collaborate with the design team on store aesthetics
- Ensure compliance with landlord design specifications
- Manage the handover and aftercare processes for new stores
- Coordinate certification and compliance processes
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections
- Support property maintenance and address defect periods
- Administer construction contracts effectively
- Maintain the property information management system
- Ensure timely installation of all fixtures and fittings
- Experience in project management within the UK
- Familiarity with JCT contracts and procurement processes
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Background in retail fit-outs and project management
- Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Knowledge of interior design materials and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Degree in Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in project governance and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
