Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from scope to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Conduct strategic meetings with both internal and client-facing stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver projects that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a CRM Strategic role, either in a brand or agency setting.
- Proven ability to deliver in-depth reporting and analyze campaign performance.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and employees.
- Passion for strategy, digital marketing, and data segmentation.
- Ability to pitch, scope, plan, and produce projects on time and within budget.
- Affinity for data and understanding patterns and trends within a client's digital performance.
- CRM experience is a must.
