Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Outpatient Department as a Clinic Support Staff member. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, including waiting areas and stock rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare clinic rooms for consultations and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Provide chaperone support during patient examinations as required.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
