About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust quality assurance framework, conducting audits, and producing regular reporting to claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Quality Assurance Framework: Work with the Head of Claims Operations to design and implement a robust quality assurance framework that ensures the highest standards of quality in claims processing.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure that claims processing meets the required standards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce Regular Reporting: Produce regular reporting to claims management, highlighting areas of improvement and facilitating remediation efforts as needed.
- Recommend Improvements: Recommend improvements to relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of relevant policies, processes, and systems utilized by the claims function.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Qualifications: ACII qualified or equivalent, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills: Good mathematical and report writing skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others across all levels of the organization.
