Quality Assurance Director

Job Summary:

Inexa is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead and develop the site's Quality Assurance function, establishing high standards and processes while driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong food safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar in food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
