Role Summary: We are on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Bilingual Technical Support Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with offering top-tier technical support to German-speaking clients, leveraging your IT expertise while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver technical assistance to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Accurately document client interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and address intricate technical issues.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German at a native level.
  • Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk environments.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Apple Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong grasp of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
