As a Human Resources Advisor at FedEx, you will be part of a vibrant, motivated, and high-performing HR team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our internal and external clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and managers to devise practical and commercial solutions to their personnel challenges while proactively adding value within your designated customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and support to managers on all facets of employee relations.
  • Assist in HR/business initiatives such as organizational change and transformation, including consultation, redundancy, and TUPE.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to FedEx policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
  • Identify potential personnel-related challenges or opportunities and formulate recommendations for HR Management and key stakeholders.
  • Promote and facilitate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the workplace.
  • Engage stakeholders with HR systems to enhance the digital employee experience.
  • Lead, advocate for, and successfully execute ad-hoc projects in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee relations.
  • Extensive experience in HR processes, ideally within a large, fast-paced organization.
  • Exceptional influencing abilities and the capacity to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills applied in a logical and methodical manner, informed by a solid understanding of internal policies, processes, and legislation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated by a history of working with remote teams.
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • A degree in HR or CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent.
  • A valid UK driving license, as the role involves fieldwork covering various regions.
