As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client retention. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with clients through virtual meetings and regular communication
  • Drive client retention and revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects

Requirements

  • Strong customer success/account management/relationship management experience
  • Track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
