The Role

As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a great experience in our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and assisting with queries
  • Taking phone calls and responding to queries
  • Providing refreshments and maintaining a tidy seating area
  • Handling mail and deliveries
  • Supporting with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. You will have previous customer-facing experience, ideally in a professional environment, and be confident in speaking with customers on the phone and in person. You will also have good IT skills and be able to support with administrative duties.
