Warehouse Night Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Night Manager to join our team at Menzies Distribution in Hull. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure they meet challenging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a culture of success through positive team engagement, great communications, and hands-on leadership.
  • Ensure all staff have completed necessary Health & Safety training and provide training to all staff and contractors.
  • Manage the end-to-end warehouse functions and processes, maintaining quality standards and keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and tidy.
  • Provide a 'hand over report' to the oncoming Shift Manager.
