Warehouse Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive logistics and warehousing operations to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish and manage new storage facilities to meet business needs.
- Oversee inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Coordinate logistical movements within the UK, EU, and internationally, including to the USA.
- Manage road, sea, and air freight operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and environmental health and safety standards.
- Lead and manage a team of four direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in warehouse management and logistics with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience with road, sea, and air freight logistics, including customs regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management and control systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on environmental health and safety.
