Position: Engineering Systems Lead

Role Responsibilities:

In the capacity of Engineering Systems Lead, you will be pivotal in engaging with clients, comprehending their needs, and ensuring their involvement throughout the product development process. Your ability to influence a diverse group of skilled engineers, while also collaborating with non-engineering departments, will be crucial. You will oversee a team and manage senior stakeholders, while also working closely with other Engineering Leaders throughout the integration lifecycle. Your role will involve proposing, developing, and delivering engineering solutions that not only meet established standards but also fulfill our clients' requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical qualification with substantial experience in the Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in an engineering integration setting, with applicants encouraged from sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Nuclear.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Engineering methodologies and relevant tools (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Desirable: Accreditation from the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or a similar professional body.
