Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager to support our clinical customer projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support assigned clinical customer projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage significant matters pertaining to assigned projects, including customer communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide daily point contact for internal problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
  • Lead weekly customer calls and CPT meetings in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Create project-specific documentation, including packaging specifications and logistics management documents.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous certifications and documentation.
  • Monitor and update scheduling liaison with production needs for project.
  • Work closely with internal groups and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Process monthly distribution invoices and record data in project-specific metrics.
  • Assume the role of client advocate and act as secondary client communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution.
  • Accountable for assigned project tasks using appropriate project planning tools.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
