Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our clinical projects team. As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the Project Manager and team, resolving internal issues and troubleshooting as needed.
- Lead weekly customer calls and CPT meetings in the absence of the Project Manager.
- Develop project-specific documentation, including packaging specifications, variable data forms, and shipment requests.
- Manage the timing of internal processes to ensure timely receipt and release of bulk components and shipping supplies.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous certifications and documentation.
- Monitor and update scheduling liaisons with production needs for projects.
- Create project-specific routings and bills of material.
- Collaborate with internal groups and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved, including labeling and component design and delivery.
- Process monthly distribution invoices and record data in project-specific metrics.
- Act as a client advocate and secondary communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution for assigned projects.
- Assume the role of backup Project Manager contact for internal communications and troubleshooting.
- Accountable for assigned project tasks using project planning tools.
- Train and onboard new employees within the same role, as requested.
- Maintain and update project plans and timelines as needed.
- Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies, procedures, rules, and regulations applicable to assigned clinical projects.
Outcomes of Role
- Deliver client projects on-time and on-budget, meeting relevant standards.
- Provide reporting of Project Management metrics and KPI statistics as required.
