Support Clinical Customer Projects

As a key member of our clinical team, you will support assigned clinical customer projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Your primary focus will be on managing project goals and objectives, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to resolve internal and external issues
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous documentation
  • Process and manage project-specific documentation, including packaging specifications and shipment requests
  • Assume the role of client advocate and secondary communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution
  • Monitor and update project plans and timelines as needed
  • Train and onboard new employees within the same role
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
