Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Clinical Project Manager to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for supporting assigned clinical customer projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project goals are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve project-related issues
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including packaging specifications and shipping records
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous certifications and documentation
  • Monitor and update project schedules and timelines as needed
  • Assume the role of client advocate and act as secondary client communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution
  • Provide training and onboarding for new employees within the same role
Requirements
  • Knowledge of cGMP, cGCP, and PCI policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
