Job Summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Project Coordinator to support our clinical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of client projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Support
    • Provide daily support to the Project Manager and team, resolving internal issues and troubleshooting as needed.
    • Lead weekly customer calls and CPT meetings in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Documentation and Administration
    • Create project-specific documentation, including packaging specifications, variable data forms, and sample shipment requests.
    • Manage the timing of internal processes to ensure timely receipt and release of bulk, project packaging components, and shipping supplies.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous certifications and documentation related to receiving and QC release of bulk, packaging components, and shipping supplies.
    • Monitor and update scheduling liaisons with production needs for projects.
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Create project-specific routings and bills of material.
    • Work closely with internal groups and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved, including labeling and component design and delivery, and on-time shipments of order requests.
  • Financial and Reporting
    • Process monthly distribution invoices and record data in project-specific metrics.
  • Client Advocacy and Communication
    • Act as a client advocate and secondary client communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution for assigned projects.
    • Assume the role of the Project Manager contact for internal communications and troubleshooting.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and onboard new employees within the same role, as requested.
  • Knowledge and Compliance
    • Maintain and update project plans and timelines as requested.
    • Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies, procedures, rules, and regulations applicable to assigned clinical projects.

Outcomes of Role

  • The on-time, on-budget delivery of client projects to relevant standards as a result of support provided to the Project Manager.
  • Provision of reporting of Project Management metrics and KPI statistics as required.
