Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Project Coordinator to support our clinical projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical projects
  • Coordinate project-related activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project-specific documentation, including packaging specifications, variable data forms, and sample shipment requests
  • Manage the timing of internal processes to ensure timely receipt and release of bulk, project packaging components, and shipping supplies
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve missing or erroneous certifications and documentation related to receiving and QC release of bulk, packaging components, and shipping supplies
  • Monitor and update scheduling liaison with production needs for projects
  • Assume the role of client advocate and act as secondary client communication point for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution for assigned projects
  • Process monthly distribution invoices and record data in project-specific metrics
Requirements
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as applicable to assigned clinical projects
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
