Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Officer to join our centralised Customer Relations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve Housing and Landlord Services cases within agreed timescales
  • Assign casework to the right teams and officers using the council's i:Casework system
  • Provide advice and guidance to service-based staff on procedures, system queries, and complex cases
  • Coordinate responses for complex, multi-service complaints
