Customer Liaison Officer

We are partnering with a leading Housing Association in Bristol to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer for their Property Aftercare team on a three-month contract, which may be extended.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £26.66 per hour via an umbrella company. The start date is subject to notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and assess repairs claims from new tenants, determining whether the Housing Association is responsible.
  • Manage tenant expectations regarding repairs claims and provide feedback on necessary actions.
  • Raise repairs orders and send them to the Repairs team for execution.
  • Oversee the maintenance of stock plots and liaise with the Repairs team to track progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Social Housing.
  • Background in a tenant/customer liaison role.
