Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role within our Customer Service team, embodying a customer-centric approach and demonstrating excellent communication skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, showcasing your ability to swiftly identify solutions and execute necessary actions to achieve resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include accurately processing customer orders through various channels and providing robust support to the Sales Teams, effectively engaging with a diverse range of clients, including high-profile and specialized accounts.

Above all, you will ensure that all internal and external inquiries receive informed, professional, and appropriate responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently complete all system-based transactions to support departmental workload in alignment with business requirements.
  • Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure effective management of all account types.
  • Process orders received through multiple communication channels.
  • Employ a logical approach to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Meet and exceed KPI/PI targets.
  • Complete tasks in accordance with established Business Service Standards.
  • Manage customer interactions to meet our Quality Assessment criteria.
  • Take ownership of team and individual workloads, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Be proactive in escalating issues as necessary.
  • Resolve queries in a manner that benefits both the customer and the company.
  • Fulfill any reporting requirements as needed.
  • Consistently exhibit positive and professional behavior.
  • Seek opportunities for personal development through training and coaching.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various areas of the department as required.
  • Collaborate with other business areas to enhance service delivery.
  • Undertake any additional duties as requested by management.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail. A natural problem-solver, you may have prior experience in sales or customer support, though this is not essential if you have a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences and are eager to learn.
