Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role: Adamas Lux is looking for a committed and customer-oriented Client Relations Specialist to enhance our team. In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and elevating overall customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in nurturing positive client relationships and refining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage client inquiries and grievances through various communication channels, providing effective solutions and support.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of our offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, exchanges, and updates to client accounts as necessary.
  • Evaluate and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and implement best practices for client relations.
  • Support the execution of client service initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Engage in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for client service, and a dedication to enhancing the client experience.
