We are in search of motivated and customer-oriented professionals to fill the role of Customer Service Agents. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our dedication to providing outstanding service to both passengers and clients.

The starting compensation is £12.45 per hour for the first six months. During this time, Swissport will actively support your skill development and knowledge acquisition essential for the role. Upon meeting the necessary benchmarks and successfully completing the probationary period, you will receive a 1.5% increase in your pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome passengers and offer courteous, professional assistance throughout their travel experience.
  • Aid passengers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
  • Address inquiries and provide precise information regarding flight schedules, baggage regulations, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure adherence to airline and airport standards, including security and safety measures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to uphold efficient operations.
  • Address passenger issues and complaints promptly and effectively, showing empathy and understanding.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and reporting as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar fields is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on operational requirements.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing passenger information and documentation.
