Primary Duties:

  • Address client inquiries through various communication channels in a prompt and respectful manner.
  • Effectively resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide precise information regarding our offerings, services, and company guidelines.
  • Facilitate order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to meet client needs and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to client service processes.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities related to client service, such as updating client records and generating reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in client service is advantageous.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage challenging situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client service software.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A positive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
