Primary Duties:
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels in a prompt and respectful manner.
- Effectively resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide precise information regarding our offerings, services, and company guidelines.
- Facilitate order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of client interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to meet client needs and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Identify and recommend improvements to client service processes.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities related to client service, such as updating client records and generating reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company developments to provide accurate information to clients.
- Support the team in meeting client service objectives and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in client service is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a client service role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client service software.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
