Position Overview:

This role entails a shift pattern of 4 over 7 days, totaling 30 hours per week. We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Dietitian to join our West Quadrant Community Dietetic Service. This position allows you to support patients transitioning from inpatient care to community settings, engaging in both hospital and community dietetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dietetic care to inpatients at a local hospital.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations in community settings.
  • Engage in a mix of clinic-based work and home visits.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

You will be part of a collaborative and innovative community dietetic team that values quality improvement and supports clinical supervision and practice placements.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a valid driving license are essential for this position.
