Job Summary:
Capability Scotland is seeking a Community Living Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Living Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in our community-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to customers with disabilities in a community-based setting
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, dressing, and medication management
- Support customers with communication, mobility, and mealtime needs
- Participate in community-based activities, such as swimming, gym, and music groups
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support services
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
