About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Specialist Link Worker to join our team at Carr Gomm. As a Specialist Link Worker, you will work with colleagues to support individuals with complex needs, providing person-centered support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals to identify their aims and develop plans to achieve them
  • Support individuals to access practical tasks and arrangements, as well as their ambitions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a person-centered approach to support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and managers
Requirements
  • Experience of working in communities and partnership working
  • Skills and leadership abilities to meet the demands of this post and team
  • Ability to engage with and relate to people in difficult circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
