About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance Department at Link Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a senior leading role in Financial Accounting across the group, ensuring consistency in the production of financial statutory accounts and coordinating the audit process.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience in a diverse and growing organization. You will be responsible for the production of the Link Group financial accounts and the management of the Group Fixed Asset team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a financial or management accounting role, with experience in statutory financial reporting and audit. You will have a firm understanding of key accounting concepts and reporting requirements, as well as the ability to present financial information to a varied audience.

You will also have experience of building successful relationships with people at all levels and with non-finance business partners. Advanced level of IT skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems (Excel, Word) and web-enabled IT tools and software is an essential requirement for this role.

Other benefits include 35 days' holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays) pro rata, plus an additional 1 day's pro rata holiday per year after 1 year's service up to a maximum of 40 days per year. You will also have access to an Electric vehicle leasing scheme, subject to the terms of the scheme, and a Life assurance scheme providing death in service benefits to named beneficiaries.
