Customer Billing Relationship Manager

As a Customer Billing Relationship Manager, you will oversee a designated group of clients, managing all aspects related to billing inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will foster strong relationships with both clients and third-party intermediaries (TPI's). Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring precision through thorough bill validation processes.
Participating in discussions with TPI's and clients to guarantee satisfaction.
Taking proactive measures to manage your client portfolio effectively.
Collaborating with key partners to facilitate the introduction of supplementary products.
Qualifications Required
To qualify for this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
Prior experience as a Customer Billing Relationship Manager in a customer service setting.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
Experience in account balancing and reconciliation tasks.
Analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
