Role Overview:

As a Customer Billing Account Specialist, you will oversee a designated portfolio of clients, managing all billing-related tasks and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.

Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service while fostering strong relationships with clients and third-party intermediaries (TPI's).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precision through thorough bill validations.
  • Participate in meetings with TPI's and clients to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Actively manage your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote additional product offerings.

Qualifications:
To be a suitable candidate for this position, we would appreciate if you possess:

  • Prior experience as a Customer Billing Account Specialist in a customer service setting.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with account balancing and reconciliation processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in successful stakeholder engagement.
