Customer Billing Relationship Manager

As a Customer Billing Relationship Manager, you will oversee a designated group of clients, managing all billing-related tasks while addressing inquiries promptly. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and third-party intermediaries (TPI's). Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring precision through thorough bill validation processes.
Participating in discussions with TPIs and clients to guarantee satisfaction.
Proactively overseeing your client portfolio.
Collaborating with key partners to facilitate the introduction of supplementary products.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
Prior experience as a Customer Billing Relationship Manager in a customer service setting.
Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
Experience in account balancing and reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
