About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team at Integro Partners Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Clients

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.

  • Risk Management and Compliance

You will be responsible for identifying and highlighting any risk or service issues to the Relationship Management Team, ensuring that our company's risk and compliance policies are adhered to at all times.

  • Client Administration and Ledger Management

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client administration activity, including client assignments, funding limits, disapprovals, and concentrations in line with Credit Policy Signing Authorities.

  • Funding and Payment Proposals

You will support the Relationship Management Team by identifying and preparing funding or payment proposals in line with credit policy signing authorities.

  • Credit Control and Verification

You will conduct customer verification and credit control in line with company procedures and as directed by client management.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping

You will liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received, reviewed, and actioned within a timely manner, and maintain accurate records of client administration activity for future review or follow-up.

Requirements
  • Experience

Previous experience within Invoice Finance, preferably as a Relationship Executive or Invoice Finance Credit Controller, is essential.

  • Skills and Qualities

You will be adaptable, able to manage a busy workload, and possess excellent time management skills. You will be ambitious, focused on putting your clients first, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and business performance.
