Assistant Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and their vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Support: Assist salespeople in managing their vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Credit Application Oversight: Oversee declined or referred credit applications, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Quoting and Proposal Management: Quote rates and discuss prospective proposals with clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Document Management: Raise and send documents to end-users, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Call Lists and Email Support: Complete daily call lists to customers as required and respond to email queries in a timely and professional manner.
