Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in managing vendor relationships, answering supplier inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee declined or referred credit applications, quote rates, and discuss prospective proposals with vendors.
  • Document Management: Raise and send documents to end-users as required.
  • Communication: Complete daily call lists to customers as needed and respond to email queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
