Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.

- Client Complaints: Proactively manage client complaints, escalating them through appropriate channels or resolving them in accordance with UK Finance complaint policy.
- Funding and Fee Negotiations: Maintain a strong and empathic relationship with clients, generating a knowledgeable understanding of their funding requirements and negotiating fees or funding limits.
- Coverage and Support: Cover client managers in the event of absences, managing client payment requests, uploading invoices, and raising appropriate paperwork.
- Risk Expertise: Maintain a knowledgeable, careful, and intuitive risk expertise approach to identify and maintain considered and appropriate risk recoveries or exit strategies for each client.
- Experience: Previous experience within the invoice finance/discounting industry, credit control, and mentoring/ managing credit controllers.
- Education: English and Maths at grade A-C/9-4 (although not essential).
- Skills: Commercially driven, customer-centric, with practical and intuitive risk awareness, ability to undertake numerical analysis and financial interpretation.
- Attributes and Behaviours: Ability to build rapport swiftly, good written and verbal communication skills, good listening and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, negotiation skills, and creative thinking.
