About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and build strong relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, developing and improving new and existing business relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a large portfolio of clients, including regular meetings, reviews, and visits to ensure strong relationships and excellent customer service.
  • Sanctioning and Verification: Sanction overpayments, credit limits, and high involvement requests, as well as oversee bi-monthly verifications and full-service verifications.
  • Account Management: Review and analyze management accounts and bank statements on a monthly basis, identifying any potential issues or concerns.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure correct levels of knowledge and development within the team.
  • Risk Management: Identify and review any onerous conditions within debtors' terms and conditions to minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the invoice finance/factoring sector, with a proven track record in the role of Relationship Manager or similar.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to adapt to changing workloads with good time management skills.
  • Qualifications: Full driving license and right to work in the UK (we regretfully cannot sponsor visas for this position).
