Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our team to deliver high-quality care and education services. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to create a safe and loving home environment that fosters recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Therapeutic Care and Support: You will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to our residents, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each child. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for each resident.
- Staff Supervision and Training: You will oversee the supervision and training of our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and education services.
- Operational Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential home, including overseeing budgets, rotas, and other administrative tasks.
- Experience and Qualifications: You will have experience working in a residential children's home environment, with a strong background in care and education. You will hold a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people or children's residential workforce.
