Job Title: Deputy Manager - Residential Childcare

Location: Locks Heath

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, with added benefits for night shifts and sleep-ins

Reports to: Registered Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential childcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in the management of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Assist with the development and implementation of care plans for residents
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of care and support for residents
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth running of the service

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a residential childcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
