About the Role:

Liberty is seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales ledger function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and allocate payments received onto the ledger
  • Reconcile and upload client valuations
  • Communicate with clients and internal/external customers to resolve queries
  • Assist in setting up new accounts
  • Ensure sales invoices are raised and sent in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, with intermediate or above skills in Excel
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as alone, showing initiative and prioritization
