**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Office Angels. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage the front desk, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain an organized schedule.
  • Support the facilities team by monitoring and maintaining office supplies.
  • Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Be the go-to person for any visitor inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
