Lead a New Residential Children's Home in Stoke-on-Trent

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our new 3-bed residential home in Stoke-on-Trent, providing care and support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people aged 7-18.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position.
  • Full UK driving licence.
