Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
- Staff Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and support a team of staff members, providing regular supervision and appraisals to promote professional development.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and implement recommendations from Ofsted inspections.
